Description of TIME(タイム) Carbon Seatpost Translink 110mm for TIME(タイム) Skylon Frames
Proved on the TIME(タイム) Skylon frame set the Translink Carbon seatpost is comfortable and simultaneously stiff. It features an extremely aerodynamically RTM carbon shaft. The carbon structure is composed of high module and high resistance VECTRAN fibers. A 2-bolt aluminium clamp head is pressed in the carbon shaft and will provide a precisely saddle adjustment. The carbon shaft is compatible with shimano Di2 batteries. 110 mm length!

RTM refers to the injecting of a heat-hardening, epoxy resin under pressure in a metallic mold. This mold incorporates all of the reinforcing elements of the composite material. Upon infusing this structure, the resin becomes the bonding unit of the structure.

TIME(タイム)社独自のRTM(レジントランスファーモールディング)工法で製作されたシートポストです。
